MS Paint Artist Stamp

100% MS Paint. GIF Construction Set Professional was used just to make the little triangles in the border transparent, but nothing else was touched by any other program but Paint.

Feel free to use! Just comment and/or so I know if people like it.

If there's interest, I can also make a variation or two for folks who don't use MS Paint quite so often, but like the program and/or the art produced with it anyway.
